RETURNS
Customers may return products within 3 days of purchase if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by management.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method. Shipping or delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
Customers may request an exchange for a similar product if the purchased item is defective, damaged, or unavailable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
